listen to any downloaded session you will need to use headphones
in order to benefit from the designed effect. This can be any
kind of headphones, you can even put the session on your MP3
player and listen to it on that. It is recommended that you
sit back and relax while you listen to most of the sessions.
Some of them you can listen to as you are going to sleep and
even while you sleep. Other sessions need to be played while
involved in the activities the session is designed to help
